Food allergies - lack of digestion due to lack of enzymes to break down protein fully - (oxidative stress, inflammation is one source, can contribute to this) - body starts to starve of amino acids that body is not digesting/ passing through the gut - histamine levels and neurotransmitters end up dysfunctional due to lack of nutrients - allergies start to go out of whack because histamine is an autacoid - gut releases zonulin to allow more protein through the gut wall, including undigested gluten and casein from milk protein (leaky gut syndrome ) body and gut ends up way more inflamed - cycle is self regenerating as health declines, and gut dysbiosis might be compounded by harsh medical interventions like antibiotics, antihistamines, aluminum in the body or brain that keeps the body/brain locked in an inflammation state and unable to heal. Antioxidants sometimes help, easily digestible protein powder, enzyme supplements or a gentle reintroduction of healthy probiotics and regular prebiotics that feed important good bacteria, as well as moving away from harsh medical interventions in non-emergencies. ---> breast milk sugars maybe are for the huge amount of milk digesting bacteria in the breast milk? The sugar is for the good milk bacteria, digesting the bacteria is the 'whole food' that gives a rapidly growing baby all the nutrients it needs in high doses, while protecting it's undeveloped immune system from harmful bacteria even while it's digestion system is not fully capable of digesting other food yet. Collostrum in mother's breast milk passes on her immunities without the baby having to have been exposed to those illnesses - it might also pass on sensitivities? But I would say there are probably a few good things from raw milk. It's possible raw milk could give people REAL, ACTUAL IMMUNITY to a lot of diseases. But I guess you take your chances, since it's illegal to be sold in regular grocery stores for people in most of North America ...
